I’m a wife, health and wellness coach, competitive weightlifter, and lover of travel and adventure. I haven’t always been this way. Who I am has evolved over time. Back in 2010 I decided I need to make some changes. I thought I was doing ok but it occurred to me that I was just getting by. Before then I thought I was eating relatively healthy, and with a physically demanding job, I thought I was getting a fair amount of exercise. As time went by I had a measurable decline in my energy level; I didn’t feel well; and I really didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror. I knew I had to do something. I was introduced to a fitness boot camp and even though I lacked the energy to do it, I pushed through. With the added exercise and nutrition recommendations, within a short period of time I noticed my energy level increasing and my body measurements decreasing. In less than a year I was introduced to CrossFit and was hooked. I decided to study more about fitness and nutrition. What started as a personal journey has turned into a deep passion to help others.
